It also depends on the amount of content to the top half - often it can make it look like you are seeing everything, and that you don&#039;t need to scroll down, even though there is loads more there.</description>

		<description>I need a choice for &quot;I have no idea.&quot; I suspect footer mullets just provide more real estate for various departments/units to throw content at. But it is also cool to have a place for more interesting features. Can&#039;t you just tell me what to think?</description>
